Sorry for the delay here. I know you were all so anxiously waiting for the next post 😅

Day 10 I went scuba diving! It was a whole day adventure, leaving 7am till 6pm. Including a 1 hour bus ride to a 2 hour boat ride down to Koi Racha Yai and Racha Noi Islands on the south side of Phuket.

Scuba diving is something I’ve been very off and on about. I can swim but I’m not the best swimmer, and open water can be scary sometimes. before the trip started I said I wanted to try it. Then about halfway through I changed my mind. Then when we got to Phuket, I decided why not?! You grow as a person by challenging yourself and being uncomfortable. So I did it. I’m really proud of myself for doing it. I ended up doing 3 dives. First was 30 min, the second was 40 min, and the third was 25 min. The deepest we got was 10.6 meters.

After diving, mom and I cleaned up and ate dinner and got a massage. Then…. At 4 am the next morning, I was hit with the travel bug. Through all my travels and my 3 weeks in Asia last year I never got it. Everyone told me how lucky I was! Well…. My time had some. So all in all, that’s why I haven’t posted the last couple days.

Day 11 I didn’t leave the hotel room, I couldn’t even stand unless it was to go to the bathroom.

Day 12 we had to travel back to Bangkok. By some miracle I was able to do that. I got to see my dad and uncle for a few hours as they just got to Bangkok after 2 weeks hiking in Bhutan.

But even now, day 13, sitting in the airport preparing for my 24 hour travel day, I am feeling better but still not back to normal.

Overall, Thailand was a lot of fun! The food was great! The people are so kind! And I really enjoyed traveling with my mom❤️. After being sick for a few days now, I gotta say though, I am ready to be in the comfort of my home. With the loml !

Shout out to Eric for taking care of my boy this whole time! He seems so happy in all the photos and videos I got. I know he’s been well loved while I’ve been gone.
