Shelby's Travels

Last day on Hong Kong Island. We chose to take another day walking around and casually exploring the neighborhoods. So lots of random pictures of the little shapes and side streets. ☺️ mainly walked through Soho and Central.

Stopped for lunch at a cute Filipino place. Elena wanted me to try this pandan drinks. Never had that flavor before but she said it’s basically like a Chinese vanilla. Super good!

Browsed the shops through Central Market. Reminds me of Chelsea Market in NY. Lots of cute local vendors. I ended up getting a candle and essential oils.

Made our way back to the worlds longest escalator. But from the beginning this time. Made our way back over to Tai Kwun (repurposed prison from a couple days ago), and sat outside for some drinks. Tea is such a big things here, I’ve really wanted to try some more kinds and get into it. I just don’t really know what I’m doing 🤪.

From here we went back to the house and packed up. Had to say goodbye to George and Lola😭. Took a cab over to Lantau Island. Staying for the night in a hotel so we can explore the island during the day and be close to the airport for the night.

Last full day I’m Asia tomorrow.
