Final half day in Spain/Madrid! Our mission today was some shopping/souvenirs! Started by going to this shop outside Montasterio de Corpus Christi. Everything in this store is nuns of the covent. They have no contact with the outside world.
Off to lunch/ late breakfast…
a little shopping more shopping before we head out… lots and lots of espadrilles!!
Final stop back at Taberna La Concha. This was my lunch stop from day 4 and stop #2 from our food tour last night! We had to come back for that vermouth!!
Half day in Madrid ended with an evening at the airport on our way to Portugal!
Anddddd late arrival results in a night with room service and Stranger Things rewatch!
Until tomorrow ….. back to more exploring in a new city!! !
